Corporate services and company registration consultants Chalfen needed a complete, integrated solution for the registration and management of UK companies from front end website, through a web-interfaced client and product management system, to secure archiving.

Embedded within the management system is a fully developed API interface to the Companies House UK Companies database in Swansea, allowing Chalfen staff access to real-time registration and maintenance of company records, plus their own full shareholder database holding all of the subscriber and account data.

Everything is wrapped up within a tight security screen with full crisis recovery backup to both cloud and ground server resources.
